My story
For 16 years, I've helped people build strength, move better, and feel confident in their bodies. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Yoga and Pilates teacher with a degree in Sport Science.
I spent 8 years as a Wellness Director on cruise ships, coaching people from all over the world with limited space and equipment. That taught me how to design training that works anywhere and for anyone.
Today I work with busy professionals who want real results from home. I build plans that fit your schedule, teach you proper form so you train safely, and keep you accountable so you stay consistent.
My goal is simple: make fitness work for your life, not the other way around.


How I work
Every client gets a plan built around their goals, schedule, and fitness level. I coach you live, watch your form, and adjust as we go. Between sessions, I'm available for questions about training, nutrition, or anything else.
I track your progress and check in regularly. When you need a push, I'm there. When you need to adjust, we adapt. The goal is simple: results that last.
